Autoclave Horizontal:-
Triple walled construction inner chamber is made of high grade stainless steel of SS_304 grade. The outer body is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. The boiler is made of Stainless Steel. The lid is made of thick steel sheet plate. The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S. Painted Ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port valve made of atainless steel is installed for controlling the sterilization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. fitted with water level indicator and vacuum break. The unit is fitted with temperature gauge, vacuum breaker and steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a rebust tubular made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.
